WHAT IS CRYOTHERAPY FOR GENITAL WARTS?

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM THIS TREATMENT?

DOES CRYOTHERAPY HURT?

You may feel a brief stinging or burning sensation during the freezing process. Some discomfort, redness, or mild swelling may occur afterward, but these usually subside within a few days.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

The number of treatments depends on the size, number, and location of the warts. Some warts can be removed in a single session, while others may require two or more treatments spaced a few weeks apart.

IS CRYOTHERAPY EFFECTIVE?

Yes. Cryotherapy has a high success rate in removing visible warts. However, since genital warts are caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV), there is a chance that new warts may appear later, requiring additional treatment.

WHAT IS THE RECOVERY LIKE?

ARE THERE RISKS OR SIDE EFFECTS?

WILL CRYOTHERAPY CURE HPV?
